AGE bright spot fader – Dermalogica giveaway

Hi weirdos, it’s a great Monday today because it’s giveaway time on my blog. I was super excited when I was invited to the new Dermalogica store in Canal Walk for the launch of their AGE bright spot fader. This is a special month for this world-leading skincare brand as they are celebrating 25 years of existence in South Africa. Dermalogica are 25 days of giveaways for the month of July. I am thrilled to be chosen to be apart of it.

Dermalogica once started as a small business and grew into a globally recognized brand. Through passion and innovation, they have taken the world by storm. Dermalogica products have always delivered what they promised in my experience. Each new product I have tried in the past few years has superseded my expectations. Nikesh, my boyfriend, recommends them to people he knows; that says it all.

Adult acne

When I saw the new AGE bright range, I was really intrigued because so many other products have promised to help with breakouts but failed. I am not sure about you, but when I have a bad breakout it makes me insecure and I just want to hide my face. Around the world, more people are experiencing chronic stress and adult acne more than ever before. Experts say that this is no coincidence. High levels of stress cause hormonal imbalance, combined with environmental changes and our hectic lifestyles, results in more breakouts and early signs of aging.

The new AGE bright spot fader is a two-in-one treatment product that helps reduce the appearance of active breakouts and post-breakout marks. Salicylic acid aids in clearing breakouts; niacinamide and resorcinol work together to fade marks. AGE bright Complex reduces visible skin aging and helps prevent over-drying. It also contains hazel which is anti-inflammatory and has astringent properties. Dermalogica AGE bright spot fader is cruelty-free, vegan, gluten-free and does not contain artificial colours or fragrances.

Packaging & Consistency

If you are prone to breakouts or acne, the Dermalogica AGE bright spot fader might be the product you need. The spot fader has the consistency of a serum that you can apply twice a day until the spot disappears. The packaging of this is a thin tube but the dispenser is flat and triangular making it easy to apply directly on the spot. This makes the spot fader the perfect product to keep in your handbag and apply it whenever you feel or see a spot appearing.
